(1) For rescheduling, canceling, no-show and late arrival to all Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED, BLS, ACLS and PALS class appointment(s)::

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of your class appointment may receive a full refund.

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance of your class appointment may receive a 50-percent refund.

- No-shows will result in no refund.

- Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your class appointment may be considered as cancellation of your class appointment, and may result in no refund.

(2) In the event of an emergency, or natural disaster, we, Perita CPR BLS, may cancel class appointment(s), and issue full refund.

(3) By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms of Service in sections (1) and (2), above, and that you accept the Terms of Service in sections (1) and (2), above.

We respect your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not retain your bank or card payment information.
